pre-mRNA splicing defects in cancer: identification of aberrant splice variants in cancer, studies of their frequency and immunogenicity.
Cancer pharmacogenetics: identification of genetic factors determining patients’ response to cytarabine, fludarabine and cisplatin-based chemotherapy.
